MakaraWatches.com provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
MakaraWatches.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, MakaraWatches.com does not warrant that product descriptions and photographs or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MakaraWatches.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund.
PRODUCT USE
It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations.
PRICE
All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees when applicable are not included unless specified otherwise. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise.
PAYMENT
All sales must be prepaid. We currently accept credit card payments through Stripe, our credit card processor. We do not accept COD orders or personal checks. All payments will be cleared before items are shipped.
SECURITY
Financial transactions are handled by a third party financial institution using industry-standard secure SSL connections and encryption for safe service.
SHIPPING
For your security, items will only be shipped to the billing address without exceptions. We may use UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and Canada Post for shipping items. All shipping charges are displayed upon checkout, before the payment is made. In rare instances, we may contact you if the shipping charges change. In-stock items ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
If the packaging of the item you receive appears damaged, first, notify the carrier immediately and file a complaint with the carrier. Please keep all packaging. Then contact us with your invoice number and/or tracking number. The carrier is responsible for damage incurred during shipping. All orders are 100% insured for the full value of the items.
RETURNS
If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund. All packaging must be return in as-new condition. Shipping is not refundable. If shipping was free, you will be charged an allowance for shipping. You must obtain a return authorization before shipping the item back to us. All returns must be authorized by us first. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns will be authorized only for items in original undamaged condition with original packaging within 15 days of delivery of the items.
All parts must be returned in the original packaging. A copy of the invoice must be included as well as the return authorization number we will provide you. The refund will be made to the credit card used at the time of order. Absolutely no refunds will be made after 15 days.
WARRANTY
All products sold by MakaraWatches.com are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects. Third-party accessories may be covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Contact us for details.
The warranty is transferable to a new owner. If at any time, any part of the product becomes defective, please contact our warranty department immediately. We will make arrangements to have you ship the defective part(s) to us for inspection and we will send you a replacement.
The customer must pay for shipping of the defective parts and the replacement part. We do not, in any case, cover the cost of shipping. Packages that are shipped "Freight Collect Receiver" will be refused.
The warranty is void if the product is: not used for its intended purpose, modified, damaged due to improper use or handling, acts of nature, abuse or any type of impact.
MakaraWatches.com is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of our products. MakaraWatches.com cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to MakaraWatches.com or to products you purchase through MakaraWatches.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Quebec, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate MakaraWatches.com's intellectual property rights, MakaraWatches.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the Province of Quebec, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators' award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
